Saudi projects usually run on a fixed handover date with the ceiling package going in late, after the services are up. That changes what matters: a frozen specification, panel sizes that arrive as agreed, and a loading plan that fits the container you booked. We work from your reflected ceiling plan or unit layout, confirm the technical schedule in writing, and quote against the port you nominate.
What we supply
Clip-in, lay-in and hook-on aluminium ceiling tiles for offices, retail, hotels, mosques and fit-out work — plus linear plank, baffle and open-cell systems where the design calls for a suspended metal ceiling. Tile sizes, edge profiles and suspension grids are quoted against your reflected ceiling plan.

Aluminium baffle and blade ceilings for lobbies, corridors and feature areas — including curved and wave layouts where the architect wants the ceiling to carry the design. Baffle depth, spacing, finish and fixing method are agreed from the layout drawing.

Aluminium composite panels in 1220 × 2440 mm and cut sizes, 3–6 mm, PE, PVDF or nano coated, with standard or fire-rated mineral core — for shopfronts, signage, column covers and facade infill. Colour is confirmed against a physical chart, not a screen.

Portable cabins (also called porta cabins, site cabins or site offices) as flat-pack and folding units, detachable container units and light-steel offices — for labour accommodation, camp offices, guard houses and welfare blocks. Units ship knocked down for container loading and assemble on site with a small crew and no welding.

Saudi Arabia has more than one door, and the right one depends on where the site is. West-coast projects usually clear through Jeddah Islamic Port or King Abdullah Port and run inland by road; Eastern Province and Riyadh projects often come through Dammam. Tell us the site city and we quote against that port rather than a generic CIF figure.
Specification
Heat, dust and wide day-to-night movement decide more of the detail than the design intent does. These are the four things we confirm before production:
Exterior-facing aluminium and ACP go to PVDF or nano coating for UV and dust resistance. Interior ceilings can stay powder coated, but the finish is matched to where the panel actually sits.
Long facade runs and unshaded ceilings move. Panel joints, fixing centres and the allowance at the perimeter are set for the temperature range of the site, not left to the installer.
Where the services sit above the ceiling, we confirm which panels open, how the grid is braced, and the sequence for getting equipment in and out after handover.
How an order runs
Send the reflected ceiling plan, panel schedule or unit layout. If you only have a sketch or an area, that is enough to start.
We return an itemised quotation with the technical schedule frozen in writing — sizes, thickness, finish, grid and packing — within one business day.
One panel or one unit is made and photographed for your approval. Only then does the full batch run.
The batch is inspected and the report issued with the loading plan, so the container seals against a counted quantity rather than an estimate.
Documents and shipment leave together to the port you nominated, with the packing list matching the physical goods.

A standard flat-pack unit loads 7 units in a 20ft container and 14–15 units in a 40HQ container. The figure for your own order is confirmed in the loading plan before the container is sealed, because the folded stack height is what decides it.

Production is carried out by our partner facilities in China against the specification we confirm with you — we are the engineering and supply side of the order, which is why the technical schedule is agreed in writing before production starts.
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and the certificates available for the product you order. Where your market requires a conformity document, we agree it in writing before shipment. We do not claim certificates we cannot show, and we do not quote a certificate we have not confirmed for your product.
The drawing or ceiling layout, panel sizes, thickness, coating or finish, quantity, the delivery city in Saudi Arabia and the date you need it on site. With those we can confirm feasibility and issue a firm, itemised quote within one business day.
