An aluminium composite panel is two thin aluminium skins bonded to a core. The standard sheet is 1220 × 2440 mm and 3–6 mm thick, with a PE coat for interior work or a PVDF coat for exteriors; the core is either standard polyethylene or a fire-rated mineral core for facade and enclosed-space specifications. Sheets are supplied full size or cut, quoted per project, and shipped from our China supply base.

Sheets can be supplied cut to size and edge-machined for folding, and colours matched to an existing installation or a sample you send. Tell us how the panel will be used — folded sign, flat facade, column wrap, interior wall — and we specify the thickness and coating that suits it.

ACP is quoted per project rather than at a fixed list price, because the sheet is specified in layers — aluminium skin thickness, coating system, core type and surface finish — and freight depends on the destination port. Send your sheet size, skin thickness, coating, core and quantity and we quote within one business day.
PE (polyester) is the standard interior-grade coating used for signage, shopfronts and indoor wall cladding, where UV exposure is limited. PVDF (fluorocarbon) is the exterior-grade coating used for building facades, canopies and outdoor signage, where colour and gloss retention under sunlight and weather matters. Nano and brushed finishes sit alongside these as surface effects, not as separate coating chemistries.
Yes — ACP is available with a fire-rated mineral core (B1 / A2 grade) instead of standard polyethylene core, which is what facade and enclosed-space projects normally specify. Test reports are supplied on request with the order documents. Tell us the grade your specification or local authority requires and we quote against it.
Yes. You can buy ACP on its own with no other product attached — send the sheet size, thickness, coating and quantity, and it is quoted and loaded as a standalone order. The option to add it to a ceiling or facade package is a convenience, not a condition of ordering.
MOQ depends on the specification: standard sizes and stock-finish colours can be run in smaller trial quantities, while custom colours, special skins and fire-rated cores are normally quoted from a full production run. We also supply sample pieces so a buyer can check surface, colour and thickness before committing to a quantity.
ACP is shipped by sea to the Gulf (UAE, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman), Africa (Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa), South and Southeast Asia (India, Philippines) and to Australia and the United Kingdom, among other destinations. Loading quantity in a 20GP or 40HQ is calculated against your thickness and packing method when the container is booked.
Yes — sample pieces in the requested skin thickness and coating are available for approval before production, and colour is confirmed against a physical chart rather than on screen. Sample lead time is normally a few days; sample cost and courier are agreed before dispatch.
