Last updated: October 17, 2026. These terms cover use of this website. Prices, quantities, delivery and warranty are set by the written quotation and contract for each project, not by this website.
What this website is
This is the website of BUILDEX Technology Co Ltd, an engineering-led supplier of aluminium ceiling and facade systems and container-based modular buildings, working with a partner-factory base in China. The site publishes product information and invites enquiries. It is not an online shop: nothing is sold or paid for here, and no page on this site is a binding offer.
Product information and specifications
Specifications on this site — thickness ranges, panel modules, blade spacing, finishes, load figures, packing quantities — are indicative and describe what our partner factories can produce. They are not a promise for a specific order. The binding specification is the one confirmed in writing for your project, together with the approved shop drawings and samples.
Images, renders and 3D viewers are illustrative. Colour is a particular caution: anodised and PVDF finishes vary between production batches, so a colour match is only valid against a physical reference sample approved by you, not against a screen.
Quotations, lead times and pricing
A quotation is prepared for the scope, quantity, specification and destination stated in your enquiry. Unless the quotation says otherwise, prices are ex-works or as stated, exclude duties and local taxes, and are valid for the period written on the quotation. Lead times are indicative until a deposit and approved drawings are in place, because production slots are booked against both.
Nothing on this website — including any figure in a blog article or calculator — constitutes a price, a delivery commitment, or a certificate of conformity.
Drawings and intellectual property
The text, layout, photography and code of this website belong to BUILDEX and may not be copied or republished in bulk without written permission. You are welcome to quote short extracts with a link.
Drawings, models and specifications that you send us remain yours. We use them to quote, to produce and to inspect, and we do not reuse or disclose them for other projects. Where we produce shop drawings for your project, their permitted use is set out in the project contract.
What this site does not promise
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every page is free of error or that a product shown is available at any given time. Where a figure matters to a decision, confirm it in writing with us before you rely on it.
Links to other websites are provided for reference only; we do not control their content.
Enquiries and personal information
Information you send through the enquiry form or by email is used to answer you and to manage the resulting project. How we handle it, and how to ask us to delete it, is set out in our privacy policy.
