Frequently Asked Questions
What is the typical lead time?
Lead time is quoted per project once we have seen the drawings and quantities — it is deliberately not a fixed number, because it depends on the product line and the production run. It counts from deposit and drawing confirmation.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is agreed per project. Typical first orders are one full container of modular units, or one full container of ceiling or facade panels; send your specification and we will tell you what is realistic for it.
What payment terms do you accept?
Payment terms are set per project and confirmed on the proforma invoice. International bank transfer is standard; first orders usually run on a deposit-balance structure, and larger first orders can also be invoiced through XTransfer.
How many units fit in a container?
Loading quantity depends on product profile and packing method. Typical figures are shown on individual product pages and confirmed at quotation stage.
