Where a flat roof reads as temporary, a pitched-roof unit reads as a building — typically 10° to 20°, in steel sheet or sandwich panel, with gutters, downpipes and eaves. Used for site offices and accommodation where appearance and run-off matter.

Clip-in, lay-in and hook-on aluminium ceiling tiles, linear plank and baffle systems for offices, retail, transport and commercial fit-out. Tile size, edge profile, finish and suspension grid follow your reflected ceiling plan.

Aluminium composite panels in 1220 × 2440 mm and cut sizes, 3–6 mm, with standard or fire-rated mineral core, for shopfronts, signage, column covers and facade infill. Colour is confirmed against a physical chart, not a screen.

Freight is quoted against the port you nominate. Where the site sits a long way from a port, tell us the delivery point at enquiry stage so the freight element of the quote reflects the real journey.
Specification notes
Coastal Queensland, the Northern Territory and the north-west are specified for cyclonic conditions, and inland sites still carry a wind class. Tell us the wind class your engineer nominates and the structural arrangement is matched to it — fixings, bracing, roof tie-down and cladding retention all change with the class, which is why we ask before quoting rather than after.
Where a site carries a bushfire attack level, the exposed surfaces and detailing change — cladding materials, screening, gaps and fixings. Confirm the level at enquiry stage and the specification is set against it.
Near-coast sites mean salt-laden air, and much of Australia means intense UV. Exterior aluminium is normally specified with a PVDF (fluorocarbon) coating rather than PE, and fixings and suspension components are selected for corrosion resistance. For interiors it makes little difference; for facades and canopies it decides whether a finish holds or chalks.
Insulation and roof build-up are chosen for the climate the unit works in — a hot-dry inland site is not specified the same way as the tropical north. Wall panel core, density and roof insulation are agreed per project, and are always written into the quote rather than left implied.
We supply the unit with the wiring arrangement specified for your project; final connection, testing and certification on site are carried out by your licensed electrical contractor. Tell us the arrangement your electrician expects before production starts so the unit arrives ready for it.
A unit that travels across an ocean and then hundreds of kilometres of dirt road is protected differently. Panels are crated with edge protection and moisture barrier, hardware is boxed by unit, and the packing list follows the assembly sequence so the crew unloads what they need first.

Final electrical connection is carried out by your licensed contractor on site.
